Algo de historia del Pan de Cádiz
El famoso Pan de Cádiz es uno de los postres más populares durante las navidades. Hay quienes dicen que nació a finales del siglo XIX, cuando los franceses asediaron Cádiz, dejando a sus habitantes sin harina para fabricar el pan, cosa que les obligo a reinventarse preparando una masa de almendra como una buena opción para acompañar las comidas. Con el tiempo, le fueron añadiendo condimentos y frutas hasta llegar a convertirse en del Pan de Cádiz que es hoy. También hay quienes dicen que se llama así porque se elaboraba siempre para las tiendas de turrón y pasteles de esa ciudad.
