Algo de historia de las Sopaipas Cordobesas
Las Sopaipas Cordobesas, o como también se les denomina, Asopaipas Cordobesas, son un dulce muy tradicional de la provincia de Córdoba, en España, cuyo origen se cree que vienen de la cultura Árabe-Andaluza, aunque hay quienes le dan origen Mozárabe, por la palabra xopipa, que significa “masa frita”. Se trata de unas finas láminas de masa frita, muy fáciles de preparar, con pocos ingredientes y económicos. Se suelen tomar mojadas en chocolate a la taza y son un buen acompañamiento para desayunos y meriendas, ya que dejan el estómago llego rápidamente.
