La Bizcochada Manchega de Ciudad Real, es un postre típico de la zona de La Mancha, y más en concreto de la provincia de Ciudad Real, que se prepara con tortas de Alcázar empapadas en leche. Es un postre perfecto para aprovechar las tortas que se quedan algo duras o resecas, consiste en aromatizarlas con leche, limón y canela, haciendo la mezcla de estos productos y vertiendo sobre las tortas, que quedarán muy, muy tiernas, para comer con cuchara. Seguramente ese fuera su origen, en el convento de Santa Clara de Alcázar de San Juan (Ciudad Real), donde nacieron las tortas en el siglo XVI.
