Algo de historia de La Greixonera de Formentera
La Greixonera de Formentera es uno de los postres más típicos de la isla de Formentera y uno de los que más piden tanto los isleños como los visitantes. Su nombre sale del nombre del recipiente que se utiliza para prepararlo, una cazuela de barro (greixonera). Se dice que esta receta nació de la necesidad de tener que aprovechar las ensaimadas mallorquinas que no se comían el día anterior, y su preparación es a base de huevos, ensaimadas, leche, azúcar, limón, canela y mantequilla.
