Algo de historia de los Lazos de San Guillermo
Los Lazos de San Guillermo son un dulce de los más tradicional de la provincia de León. Su nombre, como se puede deducir, viene por la forma de lazo que se le da al hojaldre, así como el Santo de la Ermita al que se le tiene mucha devoción en la localidad de Cistierna, de dicha provincia. La base de este dulce son productos de primera calidad de la montaña de Cistierna, buena mantequilla salada, harina y huevos. Le dan una delicada textura que se deshace en la boca. Los Lazos de San Guillermo se producen desde principios de los años 1.900.
