Los Borregos de Cardedeu son un dulce de masa de brioche, muy tradicional en la localidad de Cardedeu, en la provincia de Barcelona, que se elaboran desde el siglo XVIII, a partir del año 1770. Es una receta con un sabor de anís que se puede tomar tanto de postre, como de desayuno o de merienda. Para disfrutar bien de dicho dulce, lo mejor es comerlo mojado en moscatel o leche frita, y consumir con moderación.
