La compota es un postre casero muy tradicional en Francia, que tradicionalmente se ha hecho de manzana, pero que se hace igualmente de distintas frutas (manzana, melocotón, albaricoque, pera, membrillo, ruibarbo, frutas rojas). Consiste en cocer poco tiempo la fruta entera o cortada en trozos con azúcar. Aquí os traemos le receta de una compota típica de Navarra, preparada a base de melocotones, manzanas y peras, tal y como la preparaban nuestras abuelas.
