Algo de historia de los Pastissets de Boniato
Los Pastissets de Boniato son uno de los postres más típicos de toda la gastronomía de la provincia de Castellón. Como su nombre indica, se trata de un dulce cuyo relleno se prepara a partir de confitura de boniato, batata o moniato. También llamados Pastissos de Nadal por ser muy tradicionales de navidad, también se preparan en toda la región para todas aquellas celebraciones en las que se respira tradición y cultura.
