Algo de historia del ArnadíValenciano
El Arnadí es un postre muy típico en la provincia de Valencia, es de procedencia Árabe, de la época en la que los Árabes estuvieron en las tierras valencianas, cosa que hizo que las tierras valencianas quedaran influenciadas por la cultura mozárabe. Se cree que es uno de los postres más antiguos que se recuerdan en la terreta. En dicha provincia, es muy típico en Semana Santa y Cuaresma. Es un postre que se suele comer en La Costera, de la Marina Alta y de La Safor, aunque principalmente de Xàtiva. donde es frecuente comerlo. En Gandía y alrededores le llaman Carabassa Santa o sea Calabaza Santa y se hace solo con calabaza.
