Algo de historia del Pastel Calagurris
El Pastel Calagurris es un dulce muy tradicional en la localidad de Calahorra, provincia de La Rioja. Se trata de una de las grandes joyas reposteras que han nacido en La Rioja Baja, una tartaleta hojaldrada rellena de masa de almendra, que va cubierta de este fruto seco fileteado y tostado. Se cree que dicho dulce empezó a prepararse en la decada de 1990 por Gabriel Pérez de Gaona, el artesano pastelero de «Flor y Nata». Con él rinde homenaje a la historia de Calahorra, donde se encuentran, y ha conseguido la medalla de oro de la Copa de España de Pastelería.
