Las Tortas de Pascua Murcianas son unas tortas típicas de la Región de Murcia que se consumes como dulce casero tradicional sobre todo en Navidad. Si bien es verdad que no se conoce del todo bien la fecha en la que se comenzó a elaborar dicha torta, hay algunos datos que sitúan su producción en el siglo XVI. En aquella época, en las viviendas rurales murcianas existían hornos propios de tipo semiesféricos para la realización de pan, platos diversos y repostería, con lo que estas tortas se convirtieron en uno de los principales postres caseros tradicionales.
