Algo de historia del Caldo de Jeréz
El caldo de Jerez es un caldo concentrado elaborado con carnes de ternera y pollo, además de contener hortalizas como nabos, zanahorias, etc. Este caldo en típico de la ciudad de Jerez de la Frontera, en la provincia de Cádiz, donde lo solían preparar nuestros antepasados en épocas de hambre, donde la ternera, el pollo y el resto de hortalizas, eran fáciles de conseguir y baratos.
