Algo de historia del Guiso Ibicenco de Pescado–Bullit de Peix
El “bullit de peix” o Guiso Ibicenco de Pescado, comenzaron a prepararlos los pescadores de la isla de Ibiza. El pescado de la jornada que no se vendía, era aprovechado para hacer un guiso al que añadían patatas, cebollas, tomates, pimiento verde, ajo, laurel, azafrán, aceite de oliva y sal. El sabor del pescado se impregnaba después en un arroz a banda. Y hoy, además, se le da un toque maestro con una salsa de alioli por encima… ¡El olor y el sabor son únicos!
