La Sopa de Matanzas Mallorquina, es una receta muy tradicional en la isla de Mallorca que, como cuyo nombre indica, utiliza la carne de cerdo tradicional en las matanzas de dicha isla que se celebran durante los meses de invierno. Se trata de una receta de lo más curiosa, ya que, aunque se llama sopa, se trata de un plato seco que se come sin caldo, ya que el caldo es absorbido por el pan.
