Como no podía ser de otra manera, si hay una receta de la gastronomía típica Española que no puede faltar en ningún blog de recetas de España, aquí tenemos la fabada típica Asturiana. Dicha receta, revela un origen humilde, demostrado por su ingrediente principal, como son las fabes, cuyo consumo y degustación en Asturias se remonta al siglo XVI, en el que se plantaban en Asturias para su consumo. Según menciona la historia, la fabada pudo haber nacido en el siglo XVIII. Hay que tener en cuenta que, a pesar de que las fabes son un ingrediente puramente rural, se cree que la fabada nace en ciudades Asturianas.
