Algo de historia de la Chanfaina
La Chanfaina, es uno de los platos más representativos de la provincia de Salamanca. Se trata de una receta fácil de preparar y muy típica en bares, donde la sirven como aperitivo de domingos o días festivos. Dicha receta viene de la época de los Judíos y los Árabes, por lo que se prepara con cordero, y no con cerdo. Según dice la leyenda, cuando se sacrificaba un cordero, se regalaban los restos a los pastores, y con los mismos, los pastores preparaban éste exquisito plato.
