Las ancas de rana son una especialidad culinaria de diversos países entre los que se encuentran Francia, España, China, México, Portugal, etc.. Existe constancia de que los chinos ya cocinaban este manjar en el siglo 1 AC., al igual que los Aztecas, que también disponían de este ingrediente entre sus recetas. Aunque no fue hasta el siglo XII que fue mencionado como ingrediente en un plato Francés de los monjes cristianos. Existen multitud de maneras de preparar esta receta culinaria, aquí os traemos la manera en la que se preparan en la provincia de Bizkaia.
